Return & Exchange Policy

Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers delight in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Niddleman’s 48 hrs returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 48hrs of receipt of the product.

The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take an adequate measure to maintain its condition. .The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reached back to our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

In case of Returns, we offer store credit valid for 365 days or a bank transfer. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the required amount into your source account or your own bank account depending on the refund mode you choose. We will process your refund/credit within 5 to 7 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size , color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product (Except Banarasi Sari), free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

- Made-To-Order products including jackets, shoes, bags , phone cases etc can only be exchanged for a different size and not refunded.

- Custom-made products like personalization on product are considered as final sale and are processed only as prepaid orders with additional customization charges applicable.

NOTE: Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Mega Sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer can only be exchanged with the Available Size & Product in the same Sale / Offer or returned for store credit only.

If any Order satisfies any of the above mentioned criteria, we will refund the money in your source account,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Niddleman.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Any request received post 48 hours will not be accepted.

Niddleman reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure product quality before issuing a refund. This procedure may take up to 48 hrs after the product has arrived back to our warehouse.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Since each of our product are hand finished there may be slight colour variation from the displayed image or from one product to another. In such cases, if you are not happy with the colour we will certainly offer you an exchange first, before straight away heading to refunds.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Products must not be used, washed, damaged and they must be unworn.

Goods must returned to our warehouse in "perfect condition and without any sign of wear".

All products must be returned in their original packaging, accessories and with brand tags intact.

The product should be sealed in order to ensure safety during transit.

Niddleman will not be held accountable in case a product is lost or damaged in transit because of unprotected packaging when being returned.

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE REQUEST

Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition or has size or colour issues, please contact us and intimate us immediately within 48 hrs of delivery. Returns are accepted upto 7 days from delivery.

Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Niddleman.

Once your request is received we shall resolve it within 7-10 Business days. This may require you to share the images of the product received.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion. Shipping charges in such cases may be charged.

EXCEPTIONS

- Items valued more than 9,999 INR or higher can only be exchanged against any other product on the site.

- Made-to-Order products including jackets, shoes, bags , phone cases etc can only be exchanged or returned for a different size and not refunded.

- Custom-made products like personalization on product are considered as a final sale and are processed only as prepaid orders. As these are the Final Sales and products are specially created so these cannot be refunded.

- Items on clearance, combo offers, Deal of the Week page, sale of 50% or under festive discounts are considered as final sale and can only be returned or exchanged subject to our discretion.

- Items that are worn out or used and not returned in the original condition with complete packaging, tags and accessories will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

- Only one coupon code can be used at a single time. Some coupons can be clubbed with ongoing Offers and some cannot, customers can confirm the same from our Support Team or from the Offer's Terms.

REVERSE PICKUP

We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns or exchange.

We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.

In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
